XPPL (Xperimental Potential Pirate Library/Xperimental Private-Public Liaison/Xperimental Pretentious Performative Labor/Xperimental Platform for Potential Legality/Xperimental Post-Public Library) is open-source, digital library software running on Flask and SQLite. It was developed as part of Special Issue 8 at XPUB.
